Community Blood Drive
In partnership with The Blood Connection, a community blood center for the Carolinas, we will be holding several upcoming blood drives at three OrthoSC locations.
To donate blood to save lives locally, make an appointment to visit one of our blood drives listed below.
Carolina Forest Blood Drive

The Blood Connection is a non-profit organization. Blood can be donated every 56 days. Donors must be 16 years or older and over 110 lbs. to donate. Sixteen-year-olds are required to have written consent to donate blood. Before you donate blood, make sure that you drink plenty of water and eat a healthy meal. TBC Donor ID Card (preferred) or photo ID required to donate.
On the day of the drive, save time by completing the pre-registration questionnaire prior to your appointment. To complete the questionnaire:
- Go to www.TheBloodConnection.org
- Scroll to the middle of the page until you see “TBC eXpress”
- Click “Fill Out The Form”
Remember, you can only complete this questionnaire on the blood drive date.
