Madeline Fetzko has been an occupational therapist for over 40 years. She graduated from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1981 with a bachelor of science in occupational therapy. Madeline worked in a variety of settings over the years including five years in burn rehabilitation, neuro rehabilitation, and orthopedics in hospital settings, two years in pediatric occupational therapy, and over four years in work hardening rehabilitation.  During this time, Madeline was also doing hand therapy in these settings or in another clinic in New York.

In 2006, Madeline relocated to the Washington D.C. area to work for a private orthopedic practice in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Then in 2021, she moved to Myrtle Beach and started working for OrthoSC in September 2021. Madeline has been part of a medical mission group that goes to Haiti since 2010. She has done seven trips so far and also collects medical supplies to ship to Haiti. 

Madeline has two publications: 1986 Burn Patient Discharge Planner created by Madeline and Dr. Wm Clark. March 1989 Volume 4 Journal of Burn Care and Rehabilitation, "Creative Use of Rings in Hand Therapy". She also collected data for the publication of "Impact of Shoulder Pathology on Individuals with Distal Radial Fracture" Publication in ASHT 2018.

Madeline has three adult children who reside in New York, Maryland, and the Philippines. She is learning to play golf and likes traveling, gardening, and crafts.
