“This was my first appointment with Dr. Noble. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. I was there for a second opinion outside of the Veterans Clinic. He explained what was wrong in a very understandable manner. I didn’t need to have surgery and was given some exercises to reduce the pain.
